Vice President - Programs, Global Banking Alliance for Women, USA Ms. Ruf is responsible for leading peer learning and knowledge programs for the GBA, a global consortium of financial institutions that focus on building women¹s wealth worldwide. She is also in charge of designing and implementing KPIs and performance metrics and managing upcoming data analytics projects. Ms. Ruf has over 15 years of experience in international finance, having worked previously for Women¹s World Banking where she specialized in gender-focused analytics, developing WWB¹s first gender performance metrics and leading work on performance standards for the network. She also worked at WWB¹s Capital Markets Group, focusing on brokering and advisory and investor readiness activities for micro-finance institutions. Prior to that she worked with ADV, a start-up microfinance equity fund, and the Inter-American Development Bank. She has a Masters degree in International Development and International Economics from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a Bachelor of Science degree with distinction in Hospitality Administration from Cornell University. She is an Ecuadorian and British citizen.
