Monique Segarra is an assistant professor of Environmental and Climate Policy at the Center for Environmental Policy (CEP), Bard College. In addition to her work on natural resource politics in the global south, Dr. Segarra is part of a (CEP) faculty team funded by InTeGrate, a national NSF grant, to develop integrated and replicable teaching modules focusing on the science, economics and politics framing the regulatory process surrounding the Clean Power Rule and subsequent state implementation plans.
